Testing My Veins
I test my veins,
Push them to the limit,
Try to cram as much in there,
As possible.
Screaming from the agony,
And the ecstasy, I see
A speck of dust, fly
Through the air,
Second after second,
Minutes pass,
Watching the dust melt,
Into the rug, dust matching dust.
A child screams somewhere,
Outside, but inside my head,
It feels like my,
Brains are being sliced.
Through a dark veil,
Of shadows, watching me,
Oh God! Where can I,
Hide? Mysterious falling,
Objects, bouncing off the,
Floor, sunlight splashing,
Dancing along the four walls,
Of my broken mind.
Eternity, I see it, it carries,
Many, many fortunes.
Most of all, I see my God.
And he has come for me.
