Abundance Meditation and Affirmations, Day Twelve

Tuesday, March 17th, 1998

As I reach inside myself, I find a place of strength and serenity. I recognize the reality of my existence as a being of light and a beloved child of God and the universe. I accept my worthiness to receive the good that is available to me at this and at every moment.

I take a deep, cleansing breath, drawing the light of spirit into the very depths of my being, and I open myself to receive the bounty of God's blessings that await me.

I relinquish negative thoughts, feelings and attitudes and replace them with positive ones. I feel a great sense of relief as this negativity is released into and dispersed by the light of spirit.

Today, and each day, I join my fellow light bearers as channels of this divine essence. We direct this holy substance around and deep within the planet, effecting healings on every level. All who live upon and in the earth are blessed in this process, and all are in harmony.

I feel myself at one with the universe, at one with all life. I have let go of tension, worry, and fear, recognizing these feelings as illusory negative projections… I feel a great peacefulness.

I open myself to receive miracles of healing on every level of mind, body and emotions. I recognize that these miracles are available to me as I ask for them. I ask for, receive and accept assistance and guidance, from God and the holy angels of light. I accept the strength, stamina, courage, and wisdom that I am given to do that which is needed today, and I find the confidence to move forward, without fear, in the knowledge that my divine sources are always working to guide me to that which is for my highest good. I accept joy, love and light into every level of my being, and I am a reflection of these gifts to all whom I encounter.
